Love is more powerful than fear. The love of which I speak is not always nice or romantic… it is honest and divine. This love is not what we see on the big screen or read in a book. It is the only power in the universe.

This piece exploded on the canvas under the full moon – a riot of colours and vortexes unleashed from the deepest part of my soul… the heart took over the mind… the real Self expressed itself maybe for the first time. Blissful insanity could unleash itself. Thank you Theo, there is no going back now.

This piece hangs in the house of one of my goddaughters above their parent's bed! What an honour it is to have such amazing friends.

We are all connected through time and space... we are part of the universe and the universe is part of us. Cutting edge science can now prove what Einstein theorised and Buddha claimed. The energy that flows through us is the same energy that created the stars, our galaxy and the natural world. 

The truth is so beautiful it defies description. Our conscious mind struggles to see it and our words are insufficient to describe it. We must look again with the eyes of a child. 

Art can remind us to do that. It can surface the hidden patterns and rhythms inherent in nature. It can also remind us to champion that beauty before it is too late.

The one constant in our lives is change: it is accelerating. Nature reminds us to put such preoccupations in perspective... we are part of nature and it is part of us. We are all connected. Nature has cycles and rhythms. The more I accept this truth the more I let go and rediscover the harmony inside me the better I cope with these changes...

This painting hangs in Delhi and was painted in Cinque Terre in Italy. It marks the beginning of my journey, the moment I broke through the barriers protecting my soul from Its true expression. My eternal gratitude belong to Nelly, who by buying this broke the seal, and Ed, the friend who showed me the key to unlock the door. Both are beautiful souls who I'm honoured to know. In June early one morning I walked through Amsterdam's Vondelpark. It is a bigger version of Monet's garden. Light was playing with the leaves, ruffling their feathers, waking them up for another day with the hope of summer just around the corner. The willows weep right into the water as the division between tree and water dissolves. All is energy, all is light. We are one. Our souls are part of the trees and the water. We are connected in ways our rationale mind cannot understand... for we expand out in ripples of time to touch every corner of our universe.

I painted this in anger, then fell in love with it. The painting just wasn't working until I released my shadow and suddenly this image appeared from the confusion of my mind with such clarity and energy. I didn't realize quite what had happened, after all it took little more than 10 minutes to produce most of these strokes, until much later. What is possible when I let go is mind-blowing...
